A Wandering Wordsmith

Hi! I'm Cameron Mayer, a 24 year old academic and aspiring writer, photographer, and podcast host. Yes, I do wear many creative "hats". This all started with an initial passion for Geography, namely traveling to spaces and places and wandering about aimlessly. In doing so I began to notice things - subtle details in the world around me that I wouldn't normally notice. That skill led me to pick up amateur photography - my first creative enterprise!

All my life I had some level of a creative urge, and it took stumbling into one endeavor after another: first photography, then podcasting, and now writing, to realize that at my core I am someone who loves to create - in many ways and, most importantly, from my heart and soul.
